Everyone loves a fine dining experience, but when you’re a vegetarian or vegan, the choices for quality experiences at Vero Beach restaurants are limited at best. The problem is there is not enough demand.
We’re about to change that!
We can create the demand by showing up in numbers and giving our many fine dining establishments a chance to express their plant based creativity.
I chose Sean Ryan Pub as the first restaurant for our experience because Sous Chef Chris Budlong gave an amazing food performance at an event I hosted there at the beginning of September.
Chris loves Farm-to-Table and when I asked him to put something together for this event, and knowing that we have some time to plan, he suggested we see what’s being harvested at our many local farms to add to the evening’s repertoire.
Tickets for this event are $25 (food only).
