4-Week Plant-Based Health Support Group

Week Four: Overcoming Emotional Blocks to Creating Healthy Habits,

  • Using Spontaneous Transformation Technique to transform unsupportive habits to new supportive ones, with Donnamarie Vernon, LMT
  • Natural Beauty and Healing with Essential Oils, ,with Tamara Darress, owner of The Parisian Hostess
